Live Freely, Boldly and Intentionally

I remember a good friend of mine saying to me in my mid 20's, "you always know what you want in life and go for it." As I spent some time reflecting on this compliment, I realized I do try to live my life with a greater sense of intention and purpose with my future top of mind. With this mindset, I've also chosen paths that I felt were bold and, to be honest, really uncomfortable.

As I recently left the corporate world after a decade to start my journey into my third career, I feel like I am in that "bold" zone once again, riddled with vulnerability and uncertainty. Yet, I'm energized by the newfound freedom and the opportunity to support both individuals and companies in new ways that bring me even more joy and sense of purpose.

Supporting the personal transformation and development of individuals has always been a passion of mine. I channeled this into my first career as an elementary school teacher.  I realized then how much I loved coaching my students while teaching them life skills- those that would empower them and help them make choices in line with their values and potential. When I entered the corporate world of Learning & Development,  I found my love for supporting adults with these same elements in life by way of helping them remove barriers, creating a deeper connection to self and others, making bold decisions and walking through life more authentically.
