Yet, I'm energized by the newfound freedom and the opportunity to support both individuals and companies in new ways that bring me even more joy and sense of purpose.&nbsp;</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(123, 140, 137)">Supporting the personal transformation and development of individuals has always been a passion of mine. I channeled this into my first career as an elementary school teacher. &nbsp;I realized then how much I loved coaching my students while teaching them life skills- those that would empower them and help them make choices in line with their values and potential.
